I played one of Pantasia's welcome no deposit bonuses in mid April and somehow managed to complete the playthrough. It was a $75 maximum cashout, so I contacted Live Help to make sure I had the cashout procedure correctly -good faith deposit of $25, fill out and submit the papers to accounting and patiently wait for the funds to go into my eWalletXpress account.I made the deposit and e-mailed the papers April 19 - my withdrawal is now processing Received an e-mail on April 24 saying that my documents had been accepted and that I would receive the cashout shortly When my status was still processing last Thursday April 29, I was assured by Live Help that the funds were going to be released tomorrow (Friday 4/30) or worst case Monday 5/3Here it is Monday - and still no cashout, so i contacted Live Help again about an hour ago.
