i have depositedat least 24 times at go casino i have been on chat numerous times just in regards to the bonus points they promote. i have not gotten a straight answer, neither did any support staff inform me that i must contact them within 24 hours to claim them. i was told on one occasion that they get automaticly credited. ( never seen a penny) i have sent emails and didnt get any response. (very rude)- the support staff working eves all claim that they dont have any authority to credit comps, bonuses, ect.. its all done by computer. There never is a superintendent available when i call. it is fraudulant to advertise these promos and not honor them. Im very upset and disturbed about this. i feel i should be credited for every single deposit that ive made, in regards to the bonus points. it is criminal to lure people to a game of chance and not clearly post the bullshit fine print requirments. Mben-where did you read about having to contact support within 24 hours to claim bonus points ?? can you mediate for me with go casino' to help me get credited the bonus points i have earned ???? PLEASE HELP !!---their sister site golden casino does credit your bonus points daily. they send you an email as well to inform you. Now how is it that the other sister sites dont do the same (though they advertise that) Im fed up with being treated like a contributer instead of a customer."
