I happen to be looking at my VIPplan Rewards program web site For the EH group casino's and as you can see below was surprised to see 2 SuperSlot accounts! I have sent email after email and got reply's back all saying samething that it is under someone else's name therefore they can't delete it. OK am I going crazy or what here but It is MY VIP and someone else can access it?
