Made a withdrawal a month and a half ago and still haven't received my money...they keep saying that the IBAN I give them is incorrect (even though I check it 3 times)..Casino ID eppa56

Imagine how I feel...two months chasing them for my money...of the numerous emails I have sent they have probably replied to 2 emails...so annoying

You should have heard from the casino today per the rep. There was an issue with IBANs and they are working on it to correct it.
I just received their email...gave them another account number...let's see if this one works....thank you for your help Mben...i will let you know of the outcome...fingers crossed

I'm sorry to hear that, apparently the reps take the weekends off so hopefully Monday will bring you some better news on the matter.
