Question about rival comp points

I used dendera casino $30 xmas chip and got up over $13000 ( too bad its only $30 max withdrawal) and have alot of comp points and growing. Does anyone know how the rival comp points work. Is there a max cashout, restrictions, etc. any advice would be helpful.thank you.

BUT make sure that you check with the casino bcause you are earning them off of a free chip and if you have not ever deposited there, they may have a condition or two.

Yep, i have racked up over $200 a couple times when i have had big wins and played a bunch, I actaully redeemed them and then just cashed them out. But I would make sure that I at least had made a deposit once into the casino before trying that if I were you.

I have deposited there so I could cashout the free $25 xmas chip when the max was $250. Its been a headache with them. First when I cashed out they reversed my withdrawal and asked me to make a deposit which is expected. then after my deposit I withdrew it again. a couple days later I contacted live support to make sure everything was in order and the guy said everything looks good, so I assumed they didnt need my verification Docs ( I've sent my docs to quite a few rivals so I figured they must have already looked at them being the same network). So Saturday I contacted support again to make sure and she said did I receive an email to send Docs in. I said no, so she sent the email and on sunday received the email that they were accepted. Today I'm still waiting on my money 7 days later after my 2nd withdrawal attempt.     Wouldn't be a surprise at this point if the comps don't count for anything.  I like this casino but I wish they would get organized and get me my money.Thanks for the info guys.

well i had the same question a couple days ago ive racked up a lot of comps i agree with their yours to do as u will. With me im going to redeem soon and hope i find the cashout button
