I claimed that bonus last weekend and cashed out 600.00 last Monday. Still waiting for my withdrawal to be approved. This is the longest I have waited for a withdrawal to be approved from . Spoke with live chat today and they said it should be approved by next week. Wonder what the hold up is.

Bah...good news bad news. Bad news is I took this coupon like 4 times over the weekend but only for $180 or so total out of my pocket. Good news is I was bumped up to Red VIP tier. I have no idea what the threshold is for their tiers but at least I got something out of it. I still have yet to withdraw from Raging bull though.

I did use the one time free $100 chip for the VIP level and hit good (had it up to $500+) but playthrough was so high I lost it before clearing it.

Are you asking what it is that qualifies you for each specific tier? I do think that is indeed subjective and based on each person's account, their deposit to bonus ratio, etc. However I can try to ask.

Yeah, I just meant what you have to do to qualify for a new tier. They do post what each tier gets you and that's good. If its all subjective I can roll with that. I know some of the casinos that I frequent are very specific about how to advance and others are not.

I will ask. But the reason I say subjective is for example say you and someone else deposit the same amount but one of you takes more free chips and bonuses than the other, I think that comes under consideration.

My withdrawal for the 600.00 was approved 10/31, but has still not reached my bank account. Seems to me my other withdrawals from them was much faster. Live chat said I should have it by next week sometime.

Same here nikki if that makes you feel any better. I've spoken to Dean already and was told mine was approved and sent on Monday so it sounds like our payments are in the same batch. I was told after it was sent it could take anywhere from 5-10 business days to reach my bank. Today would be day 5 so I'm hoping Monday.

:crossed: I don't know about you but I do find it somewhat comforting that we were approved on the same day and are both still waiting. It makes it easier not to start worrying that there is something wrong with mine specifically and easier to accept that this is just how this batch of payments is going.

Yes to my surprise I found it there yesterday evening. Not that I was surprised to get my money, I knew they would pay me of course but I had checked it twice during the day after getting the email, I'm just surprised it showed up in the evening.
