RAGING BULL - what are the real VIP perks?

TO make this short....I was promoted to a GOLDBULL VIP by an accident two weeks ago because a rep on chat said that I was now GOLD. But a week later was told that was a mistake and was still SILVER VIP, but I pitched a fit about being told differently and had chat's history as proof so RBC had little choice but to promote me.

I have noticed no perks as a SILVER VIP, and now after a few weeks as GOLD VIP nothing special.

Actually, I have asked numerous times to be connected to the GOLD VIP 24-7 Chat Rep that is listed as a GOLD VIP perk on RBC's homage...only to be told that there is no such thing or that there are none available at the moment. Most recently...an RBC Chat Rep lied and told me he was GOLD VIP rep but when I asked him to confirm this at the end of the chat, he got hostile and disconnected from me. I have this chat's if anyone wants to see this.....just PM me.

So...my questions are:

Are RBC's VIP tiers just a bunch of BS?

Can any other Raging Bull Players tell me there experiences with VIP, please?

And are there any other GOLD VIPs at RBC out there, cause I know none?

Just Silverbull for me. The extra I get for that is 2x 250% bonus deposit's (min. deposit $75 and $7500 wd and 20x max. withdrawal. Then I get $300 free if I reach Gold! But, now if I withdraw too much, that status will be taken away!

I am a GOLD VIP but that was cause a rep screwed up....I asked once what a player needed to have to move from SILVER to GOLD but RBC told me that was confidential. I thought that was a tad strange.

Thanks @snookie is your friend a GOLDBULL VIP, which so far means nothing so maybe your friend has experience the many "perks" GOLD VIPs are supposed to receive. I did not get any perks being SILVER VIP either....none that I recall. No emails with special bonuses EVER, no waived $45 payout fee first deposit of the month....nothing special what-so-ever.

I would love to be told I am wrong here but it wold take a lot of players disagreeing with my sentiments and providing examples to back up all there perk experiences. LMAO!!! Sadly....

And by the way, you keep tagging me as snookie, I am Sookie, the thing about that is there is actually a member that goes by snookie so when you do that she gets the alerts for your comments instead of me so it takes me longer to come across them because I do not get the notification. I work only for this site. I am not affiliated with any casinos myself personally. And after looking through my messages to see who I was talking to about being a VIP it turns out she has already answered in this thread and apparently not GOLD.

For some reason I did not get notifications of this thread.

Are the Raging Bull VIP tiers real? YES they are!!

As for the issues luckychick experienced. As stated, she was incorrectly told about the GOLD VIP by an agent and then manually placed into the GOLD tier. This is new to me and was not approved by either me or any one of the VIP managers. Having said that, luckychick is a valued player and I have no issues honoring the status.

Regarding the 24/7 VIP host. My guys (VIP managers) are on call 24/7 and have access to all VIP players details etc. I will investigate as to why the agent stated this option was not available. However, the VIP service is there for irritate queries and not general support, bonus requests etc.

krystalkitty - High cashins alone will not affects your VIP status. It is player promo ratios which affect your status. If a player has an excessive promotion ratio, the player is placed in a managed group and their promo ratio managed. Once the promo ratio has reduced to an acceptable %, the players status is reinstated. (all players are made aware if the status change and the process moving forward).

Ladies and Gents, I truly love you all and do my best to take care of everyone. But at the end of the day, we are a business and we have rules and processes to adhere too. The loyalty program is put in place to reward players for their ongoing support and loyalty and the perks increase as the statuses increase. There have been cases where we bump players up tiers based on our relationship with the player, we also bent the rules in many cases to assist players. Surly these are also added benefits which are not displayed under the perks.
