My last rant was about Red Stag. How they took away my free tourneys for not having deposited in a little bit. I deposited since, and I am once again playing my free tourneys.
This kudos, instead of a rant is also going out to Red Stag.
I had the opportunity to deal with "Live Chat" just the other day when I went in to get my free spins after my deposit.
First off...Live chat is quick to connect you to a rep. The rep is usually there within seconds to ask how I am doing that day. Nice touch.
Secondly...I find the staff quick to answer my questions, and very full of know how. Never once have I had to leave their support a bad review. I don't leave feeling like I wasn't understood, or that my problem was not resolved. I leave feeling I am important to the casino, and my question was important for them to answer for me.
Oh my, live chat has come a long way. I remember back in the day when at many casinos, live chat was rude and left you feeling like you were not important at all. This whole new "Rate us" feature has them on their toes.
Anyway, what casinos do you find with the best live chat?
Do you agree that live chat says a lot about a casino in overall ways?
