The study conducted by the university in Montreal, Quebec revealed that after playing online games, including casino games, players feel less stressed. Also, cortisol, the stress hormone, fell by an average of 17 percent. For some behavioural scientists, this is a proof that playing online games can be a possible way to reduce harmful stress levels. It is well known to doctors that stress causes destructive behaviours such as drinking in excess and overeating. These behaviours can cause heart problems and social instability.OBVIOUSLY THIS IS ONLY TRUE IF YOU ARE NOT LOSING
