Rich Reels banking page is having issues and I lost a $20 transaction in the process. Support said,my card will be credited back within 3days but never got casino acct. credited. This happened once at Blackjackballroom and it took 3 weeks for their processor to return my money. Rich Reels however, was very awesome and gave me a $30 bonus for the hassle. Don't know how QT or other methods are working, but CC are having problems.
