I made a deposit this morning of $25 into Red Stag. They sent an email to me saying "Double down on chaser bonus!" which turned out to be not a double (100%) deposit bonus offer, but 50%. Ok, well that's all well and good I guess, deceiving a bit, but, all well and whatever good.
I got the deposit bonus and I got down to my last $0.20, adjusted my lines from 25 to 20 on Vegas Party and by golly, I got the free spins! So, since I had technically dropped my balance down to $0.00 before getting the free spins (which by the way I ended up getting $10.28 from it - not too bad!) I was wondering if the bonus playthrough had disappeared because the balance had dropped to $0.00. So, I contacted live support to find out how much of it was left, if any, and after several minutes of holding on waiting, she comes back with this message:
For us to be able to provide you with the accurate information, we need to send the account to review to our Audits Department, they will be sending you an email with all the details and let you know exactly how much do you still need to wager or if there are no wagers left at all.
I have NEVER seen this happen with any other online casino. I can always get an answer right then and there for that question! And of course some of them have a way to find out for yourself without having to ask them anyway which is nice.
So, anyway, I guess I just wanted to vent and share this ridiculousness with all of you. Or is it me?
