I registered and contacted live support but rep stated they no longer offered the free $7 but offered $5000 play money which I thought was a stupid alternative.

I got the 7 free, but was told it was just for trial. You can't cash out any winnings from the 7 free. figures, I had it up to 130 in about 10 min.

yes they have identical softwear, but different T/C's, on 7 spins they told me only slots and no max cashout, and only by ewallet express, rome said the 7 is only to try out the casino, no cash out.

Rome casino is legit, they merely had a screw up with thier mailers.ANY casino I personally post is ok to play at, It is just ANY casino you find in the Play at your own risk , is ones  I would not personally play at.If you look in the WINNING SCREENSHOTS area you will see i play at numerous casinos , and have been paid by all.
