I contacted cus service for the free 30 because it wasn't showing anything... ahhhh bonus banned I asked why and they said multiple accounts. I told her I didn't realize that and if there was any way it could be fixed and she said no. Bummer....

The bonus ban is coming from Rival, the software provider, not the casino. The casinos are able to un-ban their own individual players. All you need to do is send off an email to the casino manager (and this is for any Rival casino) asking them to do an account review and possibly un-ban you.When Gold Rock changed over to Grand21 Casino and was offering the free $21, of course I was bonus banned. I sent an email to the manager and he un-bonus banned my account. I am not saying that this will work for everyone and at all Rival casinos.
