RTG HELP!!

For some odd reason, I can get the casino's to load, but can't get into the games!! I have uninstalled and installed and still they won't work!! Any suggestions! TY!

What happens exactly when you try and open a game?"
Are you still using the same computer?"
Did you install a new program recently and then this started happening?

All of them! The casino comes up, but can't log in! I didn't install anything new antivirus or anything! Then when I restart my computer, the casino's come up as shortcut is gone which basically means the casino.exe isn't there! Weird and very frustrating!

OK. I can log in, but still can't any games to come up! Long ago I had this problem with another RTG, but that was the only one! The kids were messing with my router this weekend.....maybe that has something to do with it! At least I can play the flash versions!

What happens exactly? Do you get an error message? Do they just hang on the loading screen? I had issue installing/downloading games in RTG casinos a while back. Turns out it was my internet connection/provider.  I have had the same problem in past.  Cant remember how I got it to work but heres a couple things:If you leave your computer on restart it, this has worked for me in past.When installing shutdown firewall and virus protection, but make sure you turn it back on .

Aha!! Figured it out!! My Anti-virus decided to do a change on me that I didn't find before!! Found it! Come to find they they added a game mode! They should of told me lol!
