I cashed out at Ruby slots on 2/12/13 and it was approved on 3/01/13 and its still in the processing status. I was just wandering if anyone has had problems with them, it seems support doesn't want to help much. I send them emails but all I get in return is ticket numbers for my query. What is it with this group of casinos they get a chance to redeem themselves and then take forever to send the withdrawals.
