Requested withdrawl 04/08/2013(after combining several withdrawls into 1 big one) via bank wire and was told they were running behind because they were short-staffed and to make sure I had all my documents in order as this would cause further delays. I had faxed my documents 04/06/13 and was told after several times contacting them they didnt get them so i had to email them to manager.On 04/11 was told they got them and then it took another 8 days for them to be approved!On their website it says The time to process withdrawals is 10 15 business days. Payouts paid by Cashier checks are sent just twice a month - please confirm with our customer support department if you are unsure.' It has been 28 days and still says requested! Keep getting told this message everytime I contact them:Kathy: The time frame for withdrawals is 7-10 business days to be approved and 10-14 business days to be sent, plus the delivery time, which may vary according to processors limitations. It is wayyyy over for it to still not be approved!Not only that but wastold most players keep playing even though we are slow payout!? Really?? I dont want to play,just want my $2000 you owe me:( They even hadthe nerve to CALL me and say there was a fantastic offer and I could get a 250% bonus if I took some money from my withdrawl and played!!! My withdrawal from them was made on 2/12/13 and I didn't receive my check until 4/01/13. so try to hang in there you should get your money, but yes it is still way to long to wait.

I only used them because I know someone else who plays there and they havent had a problem. I really am dissapointed to the lack of service there and they give me no help at all...i will NEVER deposit there again and I hope they get my $ soon because just lost my job:(

Wow I am kinda in the same boat with them as well.Even though my withdrawal has only been pending since 4-20 but it is still past the 10 business days they stay it will take.I have withdrawan from them before but it was only for $300 and got paid in about a month but now my withdrawal is for $2250 (-$170) that will be taken out because of the bonus but its still over 2K and they are giving excuse after excuse.WTF is wrong with this group??Also WTF is wrong with me to keep playing there, I have been at this online gambling tooo long to keep playing at these sites.And no way in hell are they getting another penny from me till they get there s@#t together.

Sorry to hear you all are having to wait so dang long for payouts. This to me doesn't look good on getting new depositing players or keeping the regulars. I sure will NEVER deposit here if it takes that long to see any type of payment and continue to get run around from their support.SHAME, SHAME RUBY SLOTS!!!

Just got 3 emails from Ruby slots and said my $200 bank wire declined and then a FEDEX check for $1088 approved!?!? I went to chat and of course payout dept is at lunch but heres what my account says:Date Transaction Amount 5/7/2013 3:09:23 PM Manager Withdrawal Approved! Word from the rep is that your cashout has been approved. Now i am finding out if what you posted means you are getting 2 different checks instead of one wire.

Ok, the word from our rep is that your withdrawal has been approved for $1088. The $912 is the non-cashable bonus you had taken on your deposit. Now the wait for them to actually send the check and for you to receive it begins. I don't know when it will be sent. Hopefully soon.

TY for your help but they also took money out on 04/17 which i never even had awithdrawal before. I feel they are taking WAY too much out and after having waited for so long feel that I am being punished in some way because I have asked everyday where my money is. I am grateful you got this rolling but i wont use them anymore as I feel they mistreated me and took more than they should:(

I am glad Michele got the ball rolling for you.Now there terms say it will take another 7-10 business days before the withdrawal is processed and take it from experience on the 7th business day from today you need to start emailing and bugging the **** out of them because if you don't it will take much longer.I am now on the 12th business day and my withdrawal is still sitting there requested as well.

Well i was told they were shortstaffed and things are behind and also they dont tell you that your documents which are supposed to take 24-48 hrs to approve take 7-10 days because of delays  and then you have to wait for the approval for a withdrawal which adds additional days...if you all hadnt stepped in then who knows how long would it be! Im still not happy about almost $1000 taken out that im not getting and feel im getting shortchanged:( I just hope the check clears as i requested bankwire and not a check for fear they wont cash it so if it doesnt clear then im really screwed but hope you get yours soon...

well crossing my fingers all goes well for the 2 of you who are awaiting payments. I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FOR A BIRTHDAY FREE CHIP WHICH I HAVEN'T PLAYED YET AND WON'T DUE TO THIS WHOLE MEDS AND THEM HAVING PROBLEMS.

They keep giving me the same generic response that I am sure they have written down on a piece of paper. The payouts department is severely backed up because of the huge boost in withdrawals volume. They are working feverishly to get themselves caught and your account will be reviewed very soon. We apologize for the inconvenience Also Monika in finance will not respond to emails and you can only call the phone # between 11am-pm EST mon-fri. and almost everytime you call it goes to a voice message and it will not even let you leave a message, must be nice to have those kind of hours and still never do your job.They also use the processor excuse too much. The processor has NOTHING to do with having a withdrawal approved.This will be the last payment I ever get from them because they will never see another penny from my dumbass that's for sure.

No it doesnt because when one is denied it just says declined not a withdrawl per mgr request......funny they called today and said i WON a t-shirt and verified my address and said i should get in 2-3 weeks though........I am just really upset with all this stuff and dont mean to whine but feel that it isnt right but I appreciate all the help but wont use them ever again:(Iincluded pixs so you can see as it looks like they gave me a bonus and then took it away or whatever they did

payne, as far as this bonus that they took away , can you ask support for details about it so you understand what is going on with it?It's hard for me to follow with just the screen shots and I would rather deal with getting members their cashouts, not dealing with bonuses claimed.

still have not gotten my withdrawal!! I will NEVER use them again...they say the processor has it and that i will just have to wait to get it and they can take as long as they want! I told hermaybe I will get it before I die of old age......beyond ridiculous...

Wow you must be a mind reader payne, I was just gonna bump my old thread about these crooks.Its going on almost 2 months and I have yet to see a single penny of my winnings as well and they keep giving me the same excuse they give you.. processor this..processor that. After all the marketing they did when they opened telling us how they were different then the other virtual group casinos it turns out they are just as big of crooks, scam artists and liars just like the rest and I have had enough of there bull**** excuses.Unfortuantley all we can do is sit and wait till their processor sends the funds but what I find interesting is that they use the same processor as Cleos vip room and somehow cleos pays within a matter of days and this group takes months so that will tell you all you need to know.Complete and utter rogue behavior and any forum or persons who advertise or fly the banner for any of these casinos are in it for the same reason the virtual group is in it..to take take take.Sick of this crap already.

 Thanks for trying to help but I am sure even if the rep does respond to you it will be days just like everyone else from this crap group.I am in no way trying to be an ass to you or NDF but enough is enough already from these liars and thieves.Just yesterday Monika from withdrawal dept told me that she spoke to finance and said that it was suppose to be paid today, which means it hasn't even been sent to the processor and for the last 3 weeks they been telling me that it was a processor issue.How can they keep a straight face when everyone just lies lies and lies right to your face?I am an old school gambler and was always taught that if I lose then I pay my debt and when I win I get my money but when dealing with crooks I guess it is what it is.

 Yep mine are still showing the same as your payne.. in progress . One of then has been showing that for almost a month and these withdrawals were split into 2 by THEM not me, their terms say you can withdrawal $2500 per transaction but when they reviewed it they split it into 2 and gave me one of their bull**** excuse that the processor will only send up to $1250 every coouple of weeks. What a complete joke.
