  I cannot say enough about Silver Oak Casino. Especially because of VIP Manager Willy Pearce. Not only did he give me a VIP bonus in which I won on and received a $2500 check in the mail for but he also sent me a free computer too. He is awesome and he makes it worth going back to Silver Oak Casino, even when I may lose at times. I'm not bummed because I know Willy will always be around to greet me with another bonus. Took the plunge this weekend and made my first deposit ever at Silver Oak Casino.As stated above, it really was an enjoyable experience.The bonuses they offer are really nice. Some with no max cash out and no playthru are offered.Live chat was amazing and patient with me as I did have some deposit issues, but they got it to go thru.I cant tell you how many free chips I redeemed back in the day from Silver Oak just to play for fun.  When I first started in this business, Silver Oak was not looked at highly, and times have sure changed that.  Silver Oak is a reputable casino to play at, treating their customers with respect and are very polite when dealing with them as well.Thanks Silver Oak for a nice time while playing, and that amazing no cash out, no playthru bonus I was able to redeem.  I'll deposit again soon.                                                                        Pam

 I did just that by calling. Nice lady to chat with and she explained somewhat how it worked.How does one get a VIP manager? I have only deposited once, so I likely dont qualify yet.                                                                        Pam

 I was using a Mastercard, which was the problem.  The processors have terrible restrictions on MAstercard and how much you can use it per day etc.Using a Visa, it will work much better.                                                                               Pam
