Hi there!!After reading your post, I can tell you your story is not uncommon. This is basicly what happens when you WIN TO MUCH. You have the right idea to most likely play somewhere else as you seem to have lost all the benifits of playing there at Silver Oak.Mben will read this, but it is unlikely asking a rep for help will do much good.  This is simply what happens when a player reaches a certain point after winning.Playing at Cleos sounds like a fine idea, and I wish you the best of luck there. Go get that cashout!!!

Hi Danter winning several random jackpotx at Silver Oaks they took away all my nodeposit bonuses from me and stated that I was a skilled player.  I can still play there but play mostly at Slotastic as they payout in less than a week. I thought the reason to play was to win.  I guess they do not see it that way.  I really wish microgaming would come back to the USA.  Good luck on playing at other casinos.  Where have you been winning at? Maureen

I am soo depressed and disillusioned with Silver Oak casino right now. I saw the offer for 25 free spins on this forum and went to play it, and hit the minor jackpot! After playing the playthrough requirements for the 25 spins, I wound up with a with drawable balance of 2,220 dollars. I thought my dreams had come true. So I went to live chat and asked the rep there what was required to cash out. He told me that I would not be able to cash out, because I had had another account there in 2009 that was closed in 2011. Of course, being that it was four years ago, I had no memory of this. But he harshly chastised me for opening accounts just to play free chips. I told him to ask InetBet and Liberty slots about the several hundred dollars I spent last month, and that I only use free chips in between when I dont have extra money. At any rate, he was pretty rude, and told me that I wouldn't be able to cash out, because of that old account from 2009 and because I had used a no deposit bonus chip for this new account. Appparently, free spin offer count as a no deposit bonus, so EVERYONE needs to know this. There is no difference to them between a new account no deposit bonus chip and a free spin code.Am pretty ticked off right now. Got screen shots of the win and also the withdrawable balance. I had him remove the 2k because it would make me sick to continue playing and winning and not being able to withdraw any of it. I will not be depositing one red cent to them or their family of casinos, as I had already scoured the internet and they are on a list of casinos to beware of. That was shady, and would hate to think of what they would do if I did regularly deposit there and win...and seeing what's happened to a couple of other people on this post tells me to never give them one penny. My guess is, even with their free daily tournaments, if someone wins who hasn't yet deposited, they'll revoke all winning from that too. The guy's attitude was terrible and I have a copy of the transcript if anyone wants to see that. :(

Hi Calig,I guess I just assumed that everyone knew that the free spins (or the money won off the free spins) would be considered a no deposit bonus, a free chip or whatever you want to call it. Free spins cannot be claimed at most RTG casinos if a free chip has been prior without a deposit in between. As far as multiple accounts go, we must keep track of where we sign up so it doesn't come back and bite us in the butt. I am as guilty as you are though when it comes to multiple accounts. Some that I know of (bad Mben) and others in the future that I create at casinos that I have forgotten I signed up at in the past. I'm sorry you hit big with the free spins (or the money won off of them) and it sucks that you cannot collect.

Hi MBen,No, maybe its common sense, but I did not think they were the same thing, and am probably not the only one. :)Yes, it sucks that I can't collect. Normally, I check with customer service at every new casino I sign up with, but this is one of the few occasions where I didn't because the name just didnt' ring a bell. As far as keeping a list goes, I did have one on my old laptop, but the motherboard went out and never got the data transferred to this one, so have been using the old contact customer service and see each time.Question, to the best of your knowledge, Silver Oak and the other casinos in this group have daily slot freerolls. So if we haven't yet deposited there and we win off of one of the free slot tournaments, does this also count as a free chip? If we win off of one of the free slot tourneys and are able to build something from it, but haven't deposited and used free chips, then can they also deny any payouts from that? Was playing them all, but now pretty turned off from that group, so please let us know if this also applies regarding the free slot tourneys. Thanks!

Dan, that's messed up. Googled them and the family of casinos and found nothing but warnings. Please let us know how this turns out.

Hi Calig,After reading their terms and conditions (<a href="http://www.silveroakcasino.com/terms-conditions/" >http://www.silveroakcasino.com/terms-conditions/</a>), which is pretty lengthy regarding slot tournaments, I cannot find a specific answer to your question of does this also count as a free chip? . So I sent the question to the rep and will post her reply as soon as I hear back. I am going to say yes though ..... that the winnings from a freeroll is a free chip and the same terms and conditions would apply to those credits just as they do to a free chip. But we will see what she says.

Oh, so that was pretty quick after it was sent back to sender. I thought that was going to drag out. Very cool sambeau. I have a feeling you will hold off from playing at this casino for a while at least, if not all together?

Oh yes, you did say earlier that it was uninstalled. Too bad for Silver Oak.
