We lock the thread at 12:30 PM, and as soon as the FL lotto numbers are drawn at 1:30 PM, we figure out who the winners are, and post them as soon as we are done.

FL State lotto numbers have taken up to 30 minutes before we see them on their site. If they don't take too long putting them up, we should be able to name/post the winners around 2 PM EDT.

@Issamar. I do have to mention that the rep can take up to 72 hours to credit winners accounts once he receives my winners list.

I didn't want to leave you thinking that you'd be credited right away. Winners are sent to the rep. He then looks at their accounts and credits the ones that are in good standing.
