I have found out recently that it is Rival and not the casino not allowing the bonuses though. For whatever reason, I don't know. Not just at Slots Capital either.

Slots Capital doesn't answer my emails and so I stopped emailing them. Also last summer I cashed out $2000. It was on a Wednesday and was still in the cashier on the following Saturday. I'm a VIP player and my cash out request are supposed to be out of pending stage after 24 hours I was angry about this and reversed it and lost of course. I'm considering not depositing there any longer. One more thing that has changed there is the deposit bonuses require me to make a minimum deposit of $35.
