I don't need your help on this. I just wanted to give FYI. I had pretty much given up on all other casinos and just deposited regularly at slots jungle and for quite some time now too. Then I started noticing that my deposits were duplicating. I would deposit twice, but 4 transactions came out of my bank account, all for different amounts.... pennies in difference.I called right away and the manager that I spoke with or shall I say tried to speak with, really wouldn't give me a chance to talk. He said to call my bank, call my bank..... he was a very bad listener. So, I sent an email which was completely ignored. Then sent a copy of the email with my request to delete my account and card information because they could not be trusted.Completely ignored me. They didn't ignore me back when I forwarded all my verification documents to them so I could deposit and cash out.I say I don't need your help because it's not worth it to waste your time. I am curious if anyone else has had this issue with them.Toodles I
