SLOTS JUNGLE took away $3000 withdrawal

I had won big on slots on SlotsJungle and was so excited.  I decided to withdraw my winnings.  I had won over $3000.  It was over a week ago that I requested a withdrawal.  In my account history the transaction shows up as manager approved for $2900.38. Last night I received the following email:Dear Karen, I am writing to inform you there is an issue with the recent withdrawal request that you have made. Our policy is that when you utilize one of our bonuses you are only able to withdraw if the games played are included within the parameters of that bonus. In essence, as you have played games that are excluded from the bonus that you took we are unable to process your withdrawal request. Your account balance will return to zero as stipulated clearly in the terms and conditions on our website. We are sorry for any inconvenience, if you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards Johnny WilsonFinance I have no idea what games I played that were outside the parameters of the bonus I received.  I play slots all the time and did try Bingo.  I tried to contact them to get the details and was told the Finance dept does not take calls  and the email address given was returned as non-deliverable.  i have since sent an email to the Faxback email address and have not heard back yet.Any idea where to go from here?  I would be so disappointed to learn this was a scam, but if it is then at least I know.

Hello new member kking25320. Welcome to the No Deposit Forum.I read thru your post and first off I am sorry you lost out on your withdraw of the almost $3000.When taking a bonus, they always have what are called Terms and Conditions attached to the bonus.  It is so vital we read and understand these T & C's before we play.  They include which games are allowed and count towards our wagering requirements of the bonus.  I do believe when you stepped over to Bingo, it was where the trouble began. In my experience, Bingo is not a allowed game when taking a bonus for slots.I can assure you that Slots Jungle is highly reputable, and do pay out to their players when all terms and conditions were followed. We are affiliated with them, and I do have a rep I could ask what exactly happened, but as far as getting your withdraw reinstated, that is not likely to happen.Please give me your user name at Slots Jungle.Again, I'm so sorry this happened, but let me find out what exactly went wrong for your piece of mind if nothing else.  The head moderator Mben will read this of course, and advise you if she feels there is anything else we can do.Sorry I cant do more.                                                                          Pam                                                                                 Pam

My user name is the same kking25320.Would love a report of my activity.   I thought the wager requirements went against what you needded to wager like the 10x or whatever and not that you would forfeit any winnings.  Pretty harsh.

A word from the rep on what exactly happened. She used coupon : REDROSE (slots only) and she played video poker while this coupon was still active.   Comment from admin:   Player received the coupon REDROSE on 2/10/2012. SHe played Video Poker, which is excluded from pt. The withdrawal request was denied and a manager withdrawal was made for the whole amount except for the deposited 100 $.

Yes - he did let me know this also - I said video poker is a slot machine and it was played after I met my slots bonus wager requirement.  But whatever - pretty big penalty for a few spins of video poker.Thanks for the followup.

 So what does that mean? A manager withdrawal was made? So did kking get paid? That sounds like a shady deal.

Hi mixx.I can only assume a manager withdrawl means they take the money back out of the players account.kking diod not get paid as they played a game that was not on the allowed list for the bonus.They went against the terms and conditions, and voided their withdrawl.It was a unfortunate event for them, but it was clearly stated in the terms and conditions.                                                                                       Pam

Thanks for clearing that up for me Pam! Muchos Gracias! And you are absolutely correct about the terms and conditions. Those rules have been programmed in my head for the last few years so if I was the one who made that mistake, I wouldn't and couldn't argue about it. On the other hand, when I put myself in someone's shoes who doesn't barely play, I still think that taking all the winnings is a bit too harsh. If anything, they should just void all the gameplay that took place on the violated games, and issue a serious warning that also goes clearly over casino polocies again. Maybe even another penalty fee should top it off

  I sure wish it could be that way mixx, allowing a new player a whoops or two, but it just isnt how it is anymore.I felt really bad for this player, but there was nothing any of us can do.
