I had won big on slots on SlotsJungle and was so excited. I decided to withdraw my winnings. I had won over $3000. It was over a week ago that I requested a withdrawal. In my account history the transaction shows up as manager approved for $2900.38. Last night I received the following emailear Karen, I am writing to inform you there is an issue with the recent withdrawal request that you have made. Our policy is that when you utilize one of our bonuses you are only able to withdraw if the games played are included within the parameters of that bonus. In essence, as you have played games that are excluded from the bonus that you took we are unable to process your withdrawal request. I tried to contact them to get the details and was told the Finance dept does not take calls and the email address given was returned as non-deliverable. i have since sent an email to the Faxback email address and have not heard back yet.Any idea where to go from here? I would be so disappointed to learn this was a scam, but if it is then at least I know.
