Mben,Do you have any contact person here because my account has been locked for some time now. I wentto live chat and the fellow I talked to said he couldn't see any reason why it was locked and to email himand he would get it to the correct department to look at it. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard anything back.My user name there is robsmom.

I'm thinking because we are all prior US players our accounts are locked in the No USA mode.It seems to be a simple fix but what do I know? lol

I heard back about robsmom and my account ... that they were unlocked BUT they are not. I've emailed the rep again about this. He did say that players just need to contact support now and that he sent our 2 usernames to support for us. I figured that if he sent our names directly to support and we are still locked out, that if you others contact support, you wouldn't get anywhere. you can try support again while i wait for his reply.
