SmartLive Casino- IGNORE huge win payment

Hi, my SmartLive Casino user: imfinn76I made withdrawal of 11150 GBP couple weeks ago and have been asked to provide  my needed scanned documents in order to be paid. After I sent my docs and they were approved, I'v been told it will take up to 5 working days. AS I waited patiently to be paid, they processed only 2000 GBP of my withdrawal amount. I'v asked to know the reason for not being paid in full and have been told it's due to technical issue and I'll be paid as soon as possible .As I kept being patient and nothing happened, I asked help from their live chat, as you can read below, which promised me that I'll be paid by last friday ( March 2nd) but once again, nothing happened and I did not receive any amount from my withdrawal.I'm being worried about the remaining of my winnings and I believe this casino just don't have the financial strength to pay huge winnings and by ignoring my emails recently makes me to feel they are not going to pay at all . I do hope you can help or advise me what to do next... Hello imfinn76,Welcome to the forum.Personally I do not have any experience with this casino.  Secondly, We are not affiliated with this casino so there is likely not much we can do for you and your situation.My advice thus far for you is to continue to stay in touch with them about your withdraw.It is not uncommon for a casino to pay you in installmewnts when the cashout is of a large number so try not to let that part worry you as much.Ignoring emails is always a red flag when it comes to withdraws.Do you have a account manager there? Perhaps getting ahold of finance directly? Is there a toll free number you could call to talk to someone in person?I know of many casinos that take a while to pay, yet they do, and I dont think it is time to assume you wont get paid as of yet.  Many casinos have trouble getting that first payment out to you, but after that, the payments are more regular.  Be sure to know your terms and conditions and see if it does state the fact they want to pay you in installments.Please keep us informed if you will, but I am sorry we cant be of any further help here to you.Stay positve, and stay in touch with them.                                                                         Pam

Hello KennethFinn, I have the same problem I also won a large amout at smart live and thay are holding me off and telling me to send documents over and over agine. New almost 4 weeks later thay tell me this:Unfortunately your gaming history is being investigated at the moment, so no withdrawal can be processed for the time being.I really do not understand what is taking them so long :S. I have placed a withdrawl of 5000 euro. I do not no what to do :S
