I was getting very frustrated with losing at Cleos VIP Room, getting absolutely nowhere EVERY time.
I remembered in the past lots of free chips and FB giveaways, and also how they would often reward me with free chips for being a good fan and posting nice things.
So, broke and frustrated I messaged them on FB, trolling for a freebie. They told me to contact support, so I emailed. And waited.
I messaged again saying it was odd as they usually respond quickly. Again told to contact support. So I resent my email.
And waited.
I gave up. Then I got a response saying they had put a generous bonus in my account!
It was $100.
As I watched it quickly drop down to $30, I was not happy.
Then it climbed and climbed and then I win over $200 on a jackpot.
Which helped make playthrough, and I am cashing out about $225. Might take two weeks, hope it goes well. Only choice was bank wire.

That is awesome chillymellow. I too found it very difficult to win at Cleo's, but it can happen. Glad you made it thru playthru, and have a cashout now! Asking never hurts, especially when you are a good depositor.

I remember their free chip days, they have almost disappeared completely, yet I do see sometimes a freebie for good depositors.
I live in Michigan, and that is one state they do not allow to play for cash, so I quit playing there. It was a bummer.

Anyway, the depositing $10 is a really nice feature. I don't know of another US Casino that allows that with Visa or MasterCard, which is the way I deposit still. (I'm old school.) lol

Whew! Well, I am still waiting. For some reason they didn't get the W-9 when I sent it and wouldn't accept it if it was more than three days old by the date so had to send it again. September 30 they verified receipt. It still shows pending and I don't want to ask about it until the '2weeks' is up.
Yep, I am paranoid about something going wrong so I am just going to hold my horses and check my bank account until sometime next week.

We are still GO, but dang. Here's the latest:

As we have received your W9 Form on September 30th, since then the process takes between 5 – 15 business days not including weekends nor holidays. Plus, if you choose bank wire transfer, it depends on the bank as it arrive to your account in 3 – 5 days more approximately. Now, we are on 11thday of process.

Wouldn't be so bad but I'm currently completely tapped out and I think my phone will be off until next month so I can't check the status and pay my phone bill when the wire gets in.
October is always this way for me but in November I get all caught up with an extra check.
I'm always sliding furiously towards home base, financially, in October.
Good thing is it's still all good for getting this cashout!

I'm still not sure they will pay me if I won. So I kind of figured they wanted me to keep depositing. I just tried $10 the other day, but did not win anything. May try again and if I win something I will let you know if they paid.

I'm fairly certain that if you have an account, you will get paid. My daughter is in Florida and can't even register an account. Several other casinos I have been with and who have changed their accepted members rules have grandfathered in the existing members.
But I would email support before giving them any more money.

My phone was off a couple of days and guess who emailed me during that time asking me to verify my bank info?
Luckily my housemate got paid early and got my phone turned back on. Info sent, though it was previously entered on their page and also emailed. Receipt acknowledged. Tomorrow is business day, no holiday, day 15!
