So, I finally get to live support at Spartan Slots, and this is what I was told also.  Same as pocketnut. I got it yesterday but probably because I was one of the first.I first went to their website and talked to livechat. They confirmed that I would get the free chip if I signed up. So I did and went to livechat again and there was no problem at all.Maybe it was an affiliate that sent the mail because Spartan have said from the beginning that they wont give any nd before a deposit is made, or they realized when it was out on the forums that they couldn't afford it. There were to many signing up.The different with their chip was that it was big, 25x wagering only and no max cashout. To good if too many should win.It is a good casino. They pay in 24hours and the promotions is okey. I didn't win on the free chip but maybe I will when I make my first deposit. We'll see..

Multiple accounts, to many free chips, to many cashouts, chargebacks, born or live in the wrong country and so on.But it is mostly the white label casinos, that share the same customer service and payoutprocessor. I agree with Tirileja. Rival is doing the banning. Sloto'cash is number one in my book. They have never taken my bonuses away. Box24, Black diamond and Spartans took my bonuses away. I'm not saying they are not good casinos, I just won't play there because I have no bonuses.I have attempted to get my bonuses back to Tropica and they said no way! . I haven't tried to get them back at Vegas Regal but at this point, I am like who cares ?
