Hi all!I am new to this online games and have not really had any problems with any of the casinos so far in the way of redeeming free chips. Earlier tonight (not earlier today ), I re-checked my email and found an invitatin to play in a freeroll tournament at Rushmore that would be held this weekend. I logged on to this site and clicked the banner of the casino to take advantage of the exclusive $10 chip. The cashier at the casino returned a message Cannot be redeemed , contact customer support When I contacted the live chat person in the cashier - the agent told me that there is no tournament that it was last weekend! Yet, I just got the email 1-2 hours ago dated 7/17 and immediatley went to work getting here and finding the freechip and downloaded the casino.I went into the tournament sign-up area and sure enough the games are open for registration (not free, or from what I could see), and will begin in about 7 hours!I clicked the chat summons and got another representative who told me that they are getting several inquiries and thay simply have not sent notifications of a tournament this weekend that it is from another casino. So I copied and pasted the email anouncement - and got the same response despite the fact that the Rushmore sender information is there! When I asked her about the $10 chip, she told me that it was an exclusive chip and that I would only be eligible if I downloaded from the sponsored site (I did, this one!). At that point I was feeling really frustrated and just abruptly ended the chat.Believe me when I say that I appreciate any freechip amount (you know, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, right?), but $10 is really such a small amount in the first place to be trying to play with (hell, it usually takes a $20 just to warm up, for me). My complaint is not the amount of the chip, I am (was) real grateful and looking forward to it because I am on a break for the summer and do not have the means to play much. My complaint is that I downloaded another casino on my computer and for nothing! It really surprized me that they refused to let me have the chip. So now I am really bummed out.
Thanks for the opportunity to share this with you. Would anyone mind giving me the skinny on the freeroll tournaments? Will the casino registration area say free in the entry fee area or does it show amounts that are present for when the tournaments cost an entry fee? And when does one register for a game? Lastly, how many credits do we typically get to play with and for how long? Thanks again all.
