WOW, WOW ... WOW!!! stayed at intertops all night. going back to be. So tried to cash out but i have not sent in my documents to prove you i am... They are giving me a problem about my ccards and drivers license not clear but cant get them any clearer as they are clear on my end. when the utiltiy bill came out and used the same scanner for that.so kind of fustrasted with them at the moment. I wish i knew i had to do this in the begining. i would have sent them this stuff a long time i go. I guess i will stay with grandmondial, casino reward group, fortone loung grou and casinograndbay group as you dont have to go through all this to cash out.

Documents to intertops.I am assuming you are copying them and faxing them in. For a real easy way, just get out a digital camera and take pictures of them. take several shots tilting them ever so slightly as the laminate tends to show a big shine spot when the flash goes off. then email the pictures as attachments.I used to have the same problem with documents, but whn i started using the camera, no more problems.Hope this helps, belgamo

oh, i forgot about that! thanks, when they finally let me cash out, i will do that. How long does it take to get your money then. Does it take the 48hrs still.i was going to send it to my usemywallet and then transfer it to my cking acct but then it will take another few days and 20.00 to usemywallet and 10.00 to my cking acct for wire transfer fees. so that is a great idea cause its only 15.00 right.?thanks again, for all your help.

I always get mine in less than 24 hours, been as few as 5. They process out daily

It took me 4 days to get my ICC card even though they say 2 days. Ordered mine on a Monday and got it on Thursday. But because I deposited with Qt, they want me to withdrawal to QT, not to the ICC card. I can withdrawal to the ICC card if I deposited with a credit card.
