I contacted support and they said they would send it to management and that was all they could do for me. I was pissed cuz that's all the money I had loaded on my card. "
The next morning, I did get an email saying they credited my casino account which they had. "
I deposited again after that with no problem. "
Other than that and only being able to make 2 transactions in a 24 hour period with the same card, that's all I have dealt with lately.
