I believe we'll see this software again in the future. This is one of the most experienced operations online. I believe they are taking some time to re-group after the last round of DOJ problems and will return better than ever. With that said, I don't believe it will be before the US legalizes ALL online gambling, which could be as early as this fall or a few years away.

If I understand correctly, VT software was owned by the owners of the English Harbor group before they split it off into a seperate entity. If this is still the case, Another thought is that with the quality of the VT software, They may sell it and all rights (responsibilities for it) to another operator. This would be a very logical thing to do, if they don't intend to ever re-open.
