Quick update:I logged into Live Help today to see what the excuse du jour was - Kevin told me that there was a note in the account that they were going to try to pay me via Moneygram. No idea on timing, but I'm still not holding my breath ...I mean, what's 3+ months among friends ...

This is an update to your $200 cashout from Lucky18, right PSP? Have you received your $600 from Rushmore yet? I guess if the friends didn't forget their deoderent, then 3 months is bearable. lolBut for a casino cashout, it's totally unacceptable. But in your case, free money is totally acceptable. Fingers crossed you see the moneygram soon.

Well heck yeah, it was and still is yours!I was just wondering if it was a huge amount or not. Seems to me that they could have found a way to pay $150 compared to say $1500, you know?  (even though they should be paying a $1500 cashout just as well. They are a casino after all!)

I had actually won 1200.00 at Lucky 18 last year it took me 3 months to get paid I called everyday and contacted live chat sometimes twice a day, they jerked me around also, told me it was going to be moneygram and then a wire transfer of course it wasn't in my bank account , then when I called back again another excuse that the manager was out and he had the moneygram numbers so I had to wait till he got back and so on and so forth. I finally got paid 3 months later it was deposited into my bank account. I had to hassle them everyday to get paid but I did get paid never again did I deposit I don't even play there with free chips. I hope they pay you.

Just wanted to make a correction it was 40 days that it took them to pay me not 3months but it seemed like 3months. Regardless it 39 days too long.

Well, apparently Lucky18 is under new management and, according to Live Help Phillip, they have paid all of their current withdrawals - of course, he didn't have any info on the older withdrawals like mine. It's only 6 months old, but he assured me that the new management would really answer my e-mail this time.Yeah, right - just like Lucy won't pull the football away from Charlie Brown when he's trying to kick it
