I am glad I found this forum to have a chance to tell people my experience with these casino's.  The staff there are absolutely wonderful.  They do not treat you like just another customer, they are personable and quick to assist you.  In the past I have needed immediate assistance and have always had my issue resolved within a few hours.  To me, this is important.  I have delt with quite a few casinos that don't address you respectfully, much less promptly, and I will not spend my money there.  Winaday and Slotland casinos are the tops! They are a great group of people, and their games are unique.

i have been playing at slotland and winaday for a couple of years now !! i absolutely love them !!! The chat people are so nice and the games are all very fun and different! I would, however , pay attention to the amount that you are betting . if u hit max bet on some of the games it will take all of your $$ depending on how much you have deposited!! Max bet will spin all lines at the most you can bet . even if you are trying to max bet the lower amounts ! Good luck and all that , TASHASALAD Hope this makes sense

Oh, good advice, tashasalad! Even though you are playing say .05 per line, if you hit max bet on some games, it will literally place a max bet at the highest coin size, is what your saying, right?That would upset me if I didn't know that! Thanks for letting us know!What are the odds that you hit some really good on the accidental max bet? With my luck, I'd be saying bye bye deposit!

I;m so glad to have seen this. Eactly what happened to me, I used max bet and apparently much more waas bet than I was used to seeing. It took about $7 from my $28 free chip play, but the awesome customer service rep Thomas gave me a $10 chip for my troubles. Just had to say thanks.
