Thebes not paying

Had the misfortune last month to meet playthrough on a free chip from Thebes Casino.Max cashout $100.Made my $25 verification deposit on 27 May 10Docs were approved on 03 June 10A few weeks later still no money.Live chat says up to 15 business days from the day docs were approved.Money should have been there by yesterday. Was then told by live chat to email finance, which I did.24+ hours later no reply. Live chat said they would email them for me. Still no reply!Now live chat says wont have anymore info till next week! Bone.

momofmonsters is having the same issue with Thebes - and the dates are nearly identical. I think she is cashing out to eWalletXpress...

Hmmm being in the US im not entirely familiar with Netteller, but i did withdraw $100 from a $10 free chip from a casino in the same group and it was my 1st cash out at any top game casino and i can tell you it took a little over 3 weeks before i got it - so maybe that is the norm for them - but if you didnt get it today i would expect anything to happen before monday since the !5 days they are saying it can take only include business days so if you catch any weekends it can be longer."

It's too bad some of the TG casinos don't have a handle on their withdrawal procedures and make it faster. It is only going to hurt them in the long run.

when thebes first opened...i got their free bonus....i got it up to $800 or $900...i noticed that one of the machine was malfunctioning and not giving me the correct amount of free spins and i didnt notice this until it had taken hundreds of dollars from me...when I contacted customer support...they keep claimed they were going to ck into it...but when I went to login a couple of days later...they had closed my account and wouldn't answer any of my emails.....i still had money in my account...the machine was definitely malfunctioning...and i DID NOTHING WRONG....i would NEVER trust this casino...nor should U

This sounds more like a technical issue with the casino, rather than an account specific issue, paulecpc.  Hopefully finance and their tech dept. will fix it soon for ya!
