Made a deposit on Monday claimed the promotion & didn't get the bonus.I have emailed support two times & no answer or bonus.Anyone else have this problem?

could have been past the time. some of the promos end at their time not ours, so u must make sure what time they are going from.all these promos, if u did not get the email yourself  . u need t omake sure  by going to chat and finding  out if u qualify for a bonus .. not everyone gets the same bonus.i qualified for a lower bonus..so always double check before u play as you might not get the bonus at all.my daughter and husband gets bonuses all the time and i dont.. prob ablybecause i play more than they do
