U.S. Deposit Option Question

Does anyone use or know anything about Easy Connect Card? I was referred this deposit option by Sun Palace Casino and have found it is accepted at Slots Plus, Las Vegas USA and One Club casinos as well.  I used it once or twice without any problems.  Now it has been down for site maintenance for about 4 days.  This happened with Prima Pin about 4 or 5 months ago and they never came back.  Any comments would be appreciated.Thanks, Lori
