OK..so decided to sign up for one. Sent in my docs. They were declined. They want a colored copy of my DL. OK. Fine. Sent them my Electric Bill. Says Kathy instead of Katherine. They won't accept it. I have no bills under Katherine. I only use that for legal stuff. wonder what to use lol Maybe will talk to live chat...

I'm confused. I signed up a month ago, signed up, logged in, added my debit card, verified my debit card with the 2 small deposit amounts they made for verification, funded my account with my newly verified debit card and did this all within 20 minutes of signing up.

Who is asking you for documentation?

Ok, forget what I said ... I just received a request for docs from them saying I can't load my account until I send them. Bizarre because I have loaded it 3 times already

This must be something new then. I just signed up yesterday and I had to verify my phone and email. Then I upload the docs....Security I suppose, which is fine by me if all my bills weren't in Kathy and Bruce

I hear you on the bill thing, all mine ours are in my boyfriend's name except the internet and I have to wait for the new one on that, I threw all the old ones away.

Got my request as well ...

"please be adviced, that you will need to upload your proof of address and proof of id, to be able to add external Credit/Debit card for making loads into your UPayCard e-wallet.

To upload documents, please log in to your UPayCard profile and navigate to "My Profile" section, "Documentations".

And so you know, my account balance is -$5.19 because I am being charged $1.95 per month for "inactivity". SMH

Sounds like a documentation problem your encountering. I think if your name is not the same on the bill they will have doubt approving it. They have tighten their processing because some people use other names and even making fake one.
