I thought I would start my own thread about how dispicable Vegas Casino 21 is. I have already posted this in Belgamo's Blacklisted - Vegas Casino 21 thread and here it is again for those of you who may not have read it yet. ______________________________________________________________________ Here's my story in a nutshell. I deposited $25 on 10/30/10 and won the max cashout of $560. It sat there a day or two and so I went back in a specifically asked if I could reverse some and play with no restrictions. They said yes. My final cashouts were for $2000 and $1500. I got paid by REFUNDED transactions to my Wired Plastic card of $327 a week before Christmas last year. Refunded? WTF?? I smell financial problems! That has all I have seen so far. I have for months now been trying to get a hold of chat support, calling and it just rings and rings and rings and emailing my affiliate manager and guess what? They all ignore me. I did get a hold of 2 different chat reps who told me that my checks had been mailed on 12/29/10 and then on 1/14/11. What a crock of shit! For a few weeks now, I have gotten on chat support without anyone acknowledging and telling them like it is. That they are thieves, they steal from unsuspecting players. If they wont pay me, just tell me and not treat me like this. And I told them I was gonna start my campaign to wipe them off the planet!!! They make me so f@$&(%g sick to my stomach!!!! Today, the same thing. You see, this has become a daily ritual of mine. To go to their chat and talk to myself. My ex affiliate manager told me once he was there reading over the chats of the day so I know even though they don't acknowledge me right then and there, they read what I write eventually. After a few choice words in chat, I called them and lo and behold someone finally answered! I told Dave that I had been trying to get them on chat and he says I don't see you. Oh, there you are. Can we continue this in chat? I said sure and someone did start talking to me. Sebastian is now the NEW operations manager for finance. He ended up calling me back instead of chatting. I was told that a few of their employees had been fired recently because of complaints. Ha! This is what I was told. Since I have not made a deposit in 4 months now, my account has become inactive and I needed to deposit to reinstate it so I could get my cashouts. I was like are you f@$%*&g kidding me?? I said I don't trust you guys to pay me and you want me to deposit? I told them that if they would have paid me like any other honest casino, they probably would have seen half that money back already. By the time the conversation was over, he assured me that he was going to have a closer look at my account and then call me back tomorrow. Should I hold my breath? NO! But they will hear from me everyday until these sons of bitches either pay me or fess up that they are the scum of the earth and cannot or will not pay me! I had a go with Bet Royal Casino about 3-4 years ago and I hated them back then but you know what? They paid me. I DESPISE Vegas Casino 21 and that's harsh coming from me. I don't have a mean bone in my body but F with me and that's it. This is my first public post about my situation. You may see the same story posted on other forums soon by me......webmasters and player forums. Everyone, do yourself a favor and do not deposit there ever or ever again. Help me take these assholes down!!! Yeah, I am pissed. Sorry about the language!!!
