VEGAS REGAL! - Resolved

A few weeks ago, I used a bonus that was in my promotions....I think it was $50 free with 40x playthrough and max cash out of $400,....I made my playthrough plus some and more that the $400,...then played that for fun till it was down to the $400.I found that illusive cashout button (LOL) and requested withdrawl. Then asked to flush my account so it would process faster,...then the next day an email saying to fill out faxback form , print and sign by all my deposits and mail back, and mail back jpeg pictures of my id and visa front and back along with a bank statement or bill to verify my address.I did as instructed. Then another email came stating they need a picture of me holding my id sent in. I did that too it just took me a couple of days till i could get around to it and by that day they had put my $400 back into my playable account,...stupid me played it away.But the security team did email me back the very next day saying i am approved and all cleared for withdrawls. SO NOW THAT I'M A REAL CREDITABLE DEPOSITING PLAYER FULLY VERIFIED TO WITHDRAWL I NOTICE SOMETHING FUNNY ABOUT MY PROMOTIONS....THEY ARE NOW EMPTY! wow i have cashed out there on a free chip and still had promos never cashed out on a deposit but made the play through on a 10 dollar chip after my docs were recievied it was in my quicktender acccount within 2 days hope you get it straightened out

I have read quite some similar stories about Vegas Regal at www.casinomeister.com. Also, you asked for a flush and they returned the money into your account... that's not very ethical is it?

Getting a rep to look at it, but being you played back in the money I can't see much more than giving you back your bonuses happening. No us players who have played at rivals know the funky bonus rules, that result in being denied future bonuses. I have deposited, lord only knows how much and YET I have been bonus banned as a DEPOSITING player. No at vegas reagl but a couple other of the rivals.Patience when cashing out is advised, if you can't stay away have someone, like your spouse, reset your password til you receive the funds, then ask them to give it to you so you can play again.-- Edited by belgamo on Wednesday 2nd of September 2009 06:21:03 PM

I know not to expect anything,... I did play it away and am not in any withdrawl dispute at this time,...lol, that was on my bad, I didnt want it available for me to play but when it was....I knew the consiquences and except them... my whole problem is that I am not good enough to get the same bonuses, (or any for that matter) as some non depositer or any other players...or even the bonuses that I was perfectly ok to have prior to my almost withdrawl???? Are they scared of me now or something,...like I am lucky or a good gambler and might do that well again someday?? COME ON! No threat here thats for sure!! lol"

And Belgamo,... I too have been cut off from other rivals, most are denied access and I never thought it worth my time to contact and dispute them about it. Those that i have they let me back in with no bonuses just as you said,...BUT NOT AT RIVAL and thats why its the only one I play at and deposit at,... and now why all the sudden and the rudeness and shortness from the chat rep.??? They'de better start kissing my butt and appologize at the least,....or I will ban myself from playing any rival !"
Thanks for sticking up for me and looking into this anyways,...we'll just have to wait and see how it goes or if one player is worth it to them or not. In my line of work and most bussiness that depend on the cutomer to invest in what they are offering....EACH & EVERY customer is very important to retain...and the customer is always right!!

Rival does have some odd rules. I don't get this, if you try to use a nd bonus and you just used one at another Rival, it makes you wait (like they're the same casino), some of them have a problem with you having an account at all of them (like they are the same casino) but, if you deposit using say QuickTender at one, the others don't recognize it and you can't cash out until you make a deposit to that particular casino using QuickTender."

Seems like they are all the same if that is convenient for them but, they are totally unrelated if that is convenient for them. It's just whatever works best for them at the time.
