A few weeks ago, I used a bonus that was in my promotions....I think it was $50 free with 40x playthrough and max cash out of $400,....I made my playthrough plus some and more that the $400,...then played that for fun till it was down to the $400.I found that illusive cashout button (LOL) and requested withdrawl. Then asked to flush my account so it would process faster,...then the next day an email saying to fill out faxback form , print and sign by all my deposits and mail back, and mail back jpeg pictures of my id and visa front and back along with a bank statement or bill to verify my address.I did as instructed. Then another email came stating they need a picture of me holding my id sent in. I did that too it just took me a couple of days till i could get around to it and by that day they had put my $400 back into my playable account,...stupid me played it away.But the security team did email me back the very next day saying i am approved and all cleared for withdrawls.
