Sorry about the inconvenience ?? OMG! If they over charged me by the amounts they over charged you, I'd be asking for them to pay my bounced check fees and whatever else the bank would hit me with because I would definitely be bouncing something.I hope you get all of your money, well the amount that you requested. Thanks for the heads up with this casino.

You are very patient with this casino.  I'm not sure I could be that way if they did this to me twice.It's funny how when you mention you are going to report a problem to a forum it gets things moving in the right direction.  haha.  Telling them you are going to close your account never hurts either.Im just glad you are getting a refund for the overcharges.
