well you know the problems with this casino but i stuck with them..they have lotto drawings for daily,weekly,adn monthly .well i have won $500 in daily..$500 in weeky and i now a pending payout of $2000. sent my paperwork in today and they say i will have my money wiretransfer in 4 to 5 working days..so we will see if i am still a fool for trying

Well, I am waiting on a $3,000 wire from them. I have been lied to and strung out for over a week now. I've been told 4 different dates I would have this money. The last date they have given me is January 6th.

I'm also waiting since Dec 21st for my winnings but my 1st request was rejected because my bank dsnt accept international wires so I had had to use Ecocard. Each time I ask regarding this matter, I also get so many frustrating feed bck frm live chat & supprt. Now the call cst spprt dsnt answer but vmail keeps coming on each time i've tried to call & speak to a person. I'm frustrated with them!

i did get paid..at first they said 3 to 12 days but i didnt have any holidays involved..i understant the fustration but they have finally made things right with megood luckdan

 Last Thursday (12/29), was the 3rd different day I was supposed to get the wire. Of course, it was a no show. I contacted chat, and at first she tried to blame it on the holidays and my bank being closed. When I told her that my mother was the manager at my bank, and she said she couldn't see where any wires had tried to come through to my account, Mary from chat changed her tune. She then said it was an inter company transfer error. Whatever that means.I have saved copies of every chat I have had with these people since my ordeal began. They have acted shady and given me different answers or completely not answered my questions every time. Mary gave me the next pay date as January 6th. She said they were crediting my account back with my last deposit ($25, which is what I won all the money off of) and she said after I played that, I could contact live chat for another free $50. All of this for just the inconvenience. I then asked if this was going to be their way of getting out of paying me the win if they credit me that deposit back and I play it back into the casino. I said rogue casinos have been known to do this and then void the winnings. She said no of course. They did put the $25 back into my account, but I haven't spent one penny of it. I am not giving them any reason to not pay me.In the course of the chat, I also made the comment I'm sure even if they screw me over, I'm sure I have very little recourse, and she agreed with my statement!The whole thing has been crazy. We had some words back and forth on their Facebook page too.So, now I'm just playing the waiting game. I do plan on contacting chat in the morning to confirm that the wire has been sent. Can't wait to see what answer I get this time.

It sounds like you are handling it in the right way, hbruner. Don't give them a reason to not pay you, that's for sure. Let us know they say tomorrow.

This is the last chat I had from them yesterday evening. They closed the chat, without giving me a chance to say anything, after their last reply. I think they pretty much just told me what I wanted to hear at the end of the chat because they were tired of messing with me. My mother in law thinks I am being too threatening and antagonizing with them. Are you holding your breath, hbruner? lol If so, breathe!! The frustration these casinos create and what they put us through is sometimes unbearable, I know. Been there, done that. All I can say is to hang in there, try to stay calm until Friday. See what happens then and then go from there. They might just surprise you.

 Mben....lol....When all of this started with them and my husband had read all of the chats, facebook posts, etc., he looked at me and said they really have no clue who they are messing with, do they? Maybe I should warn them just what they are in for if they make you any more angry . LOLYou know, if this was a place that I had cashed out with before or a place that had more of a history, I wouldn't be sweating this so much. But you Google this place, and you can find virtually nothing on them. And I have seen very few people on gambling forums/boards that say they have had any cashouts with this place. And not to mention the fact that this is the biggest cashout with an online casino I have ever had in the 10 years I've been playing online!My mother in law and my best friend both have been saying from the beginning they think I will get the money (they may only be saying that in the hopes of me throwing them a few bucks to gamble with though

Well, I just received a PHONE CALL from Vegas Vip. No money today for me. That is exactly why I decided not to contact them yesterday. I knew this would happen. They told me the money is at the Bank of Malta right now, and I will have it now on Tuesday, the 10th. He said don't worry, don't worry, you will get your money. We are not crooks. I said you guys have been telling me don't worry since this all started, given me FIVE now different dates when I would get the money-what do you expect me to think????I will never deposit at this place again, whether or not they finally pay me. This is beyond ridiculous.

Thank you. I have been leaving posts on their Facebook, warning other people, but in two weeks, they have gotten over 2k more new likes on their page. More and more people are trying to play at this place. Maybe I am just the ONE unlucky person that can't get paid from that casino. I don't know....I did discover this-Vegas Vip and Casinoval are connected. Same support phone numbers, same gaming platform and games, and both are connected with Midas Affiliates. Kingsbury Services Ltd runs Midas Affiliates, which is connected to Vegas Vip. Brownton Ltd runs Affiliate Boosters, which is connected to Casinoval. But doing a Google search, I also found an affiliate sign up for Casinoval & Brownton on Midas Affiliates website. Strange.Support is located in Canada, which is who called me. Kingsbury is incorporated in Belize, but the Vegas website WHOIS info says they registered from an address in Lima, Peru.Casinoval's info is totally different. I have all the info saved on my computer at work.I may not have a leg to stand on if they never pay me but I guarantee you, I will forward all of the info I have on both places to every state and federal law office I can think of. I will post on any social media sites either place has, telling everybody exactly how these casinos are. I will be a thorn in their sides for a long time to come.

Yes, Pam...I think that song is now my theme song!!STILL no money. I spoke with Aldo (who is supposed to be the payment operations manager) yesterday morning. He tried to explain to me something about them having to use 4 different banks to wire the money. The new date I was supposed to get the wire was Monday the 16th. Well, after hanging up with Aldo, I realized that's a federal holiday, so I called him back. He said he wasn't aware of that, so now it will be Tuesday the 17th. He said Friday he will send me an actual bank confirmation that the wire was sent, and then on Tuesday morning, he will send me the bank confirmation showing that my bank has received the funds.There were more excuses they told me and they emailed me a sorry excuse for confirmation that my wire was in progress the other day (which it wasn't, as Aldo confirmed to me yesterday, so chalk that up to ANOTHER lie), I am just too exhausted with this whole thing to even type everything out. Let me just tell you all this-I have found more information in the last day, on this place and their connections. There is no way I will ever deposit with them again. And I really don't think I will ever see a penny of this money.I will not let them forget me, though. It may do nothing other than give me a little bit of satisfaction, but I will hound them over this for a long time to come. In the end, maybe they will end up paying me just to get me to go away!

 That is wonderful news.I am so releived you finally got paid.Way to go to you for hanging in there and keeping them on their toes.Casinos need to be accountable to players when they win.                                                                              Pam
