Villento/Rich Reels NEGATIVE Loyalty Points??

Has anyone seen this before at any MG casinos? If so, how is it possible? This caught my eye as I was checking for my Twitter bonus. I wonder if they will use my Twitter bonus to cover my negative balance just like the banks do!!

Are you saying that you looked just because of this post? And I agree that a negative 5000 is worth getting a hold of support. In a bit though.  Thanks for the heads up on the Twitter bonus. I have a problem with casino pop ups. I never let then load! lol

Hi Mben,This has happened to me this week to, only for -542.I didn't ask.  Was curious if you ever did.  If I got -5000I definately would.  Only thing I could think of is if one ofthe associates cashed them in for us, or gave us a bonuswhen it wasn't ready.  Then they decide to take it back...messed up, huh?I mean for a few hundred they should just blow it off, even5000 is only 5. bucks??  They just gave me 100,000 so what the heck are they worried about 500 for?  Makes no sense..  Nal

Hi nal, Yes, it did get straightened. Someone had posted that it was a technical glitch so I just waited instead of contacting support. I am back to a positive 1600 points HA HA HA!!! Big Bucks!
