Hope its okay that I ask a question here, its about the above info. What happens when you hit one of those post levels but the rewards are unavailable to you because of where you live.  Can you get a reward after deposit at a casino your able to play at??(freespins again or whatever) Or receive the rewards from the previous post level??

Im not bel ..But What I have done is sign up through Bells links from another IP address and computer.
