when it says \withdrawable amount\, do they mean that is actually what can be withdrawn and sent to you?

Hi tpayne and welcome! It depends on a couple of things when determining if the amount will be what is sent to you. 1. If there was a bonus taken on the deposit, it's possible that it will come out of the withdrawable amount. In this case, if you have a max cashout on a deposit bonus, you always want to make sure you withdrawal the max amount plus the bonus amount. That way you get your actual max amount. 2. If there are withdraw fees, those will come out of your withdrawal. Right now, that's all I can think of. Hopefully other members will have more input for you.

The Casino (Lucky Red) did match it at $40. It all over a two day phase. Is there a way to find out if I have made it past the play through amount yet?Thanks a TON!

The best thing to do is check with support to make sure you made the PT and are allowed to withdrawal.The majority of casinos will take the bonus out of your winning once the review the withdrawal before approval,So lets say you are gonna withdrawal $500 but when it comes time for the casino to approve it you will probably get $460 but I am not 100% sure if this group takes the bonus out of the withdrawal or not.Anyway way to go on being able to withdrawal, that's usually the tough part and this casino is a good one and as long as all your docs are in order you will get paid and in a timely manner.

Thank you both Tony and Mben for the responses. So far I have found the customer service to be great. The documents seem to be slow going as I have sent in the verification forms two times....I don't know what happened the first time with it. But it wasn't too hard to send it in a second time. At this point, I am still waiting on the clearance for the documents....hopefully this last email, just sent a few minutes ago, will do the trick.Ya'll are great...I will update you as we go...

Congrats on your win. I used to play LuckyRed weekly, do not play with bonuses, just my own money. Here's one thing you should know.I just want you to know if you have not withdrawn yet, that this is important. If you have gone to chat and they say you can withdraw, you need to withdraw plus the bonus amount. They typically do not tell you this.What I mean is this, Example you have a balance of $200 now chat says you can withdraw the $200 so you request a w/d for $200.But since you took a bonus they will deduct the $40 bonus from your $200. You need to ask 2 questions. 1. What is the max w/d for the bonus I took. and 2. Is the bonus deducted from my withdrawal.Good Luck this is a good place and they will pay you.

Thought I would update. I got the first withdrawal approved yesterday morning, so hopefully I will receive my courier check sometime next week. not usually .. for example i recently won a tournament at Platinum reels made play thru cashed it out at $450. thinking the cash out max was 200 uro = to like 260 usd per info on there web site per tournament rules which stated any win subjected to 200 ero if winning was from free entry. So i asked support what i was going to get they tell me 100 usd , so i brought to there attention there statement on there web site . so then i get an email it say we can see how that can be confusing to usd players we have updated our site to make this more clear. thank you for you concern.. WTF???? sure enough it now says 100 usd. for the record i entered the tournament with loyalty points earned from deposits. so back and fourth we battle they wouldn't budge. the last email they sent me was congratulation you withdrawal has be approved For 100 usd please be aware that sense you didn't provide us with some bla bla number i had no chance of having / we are deducting 45 usd for some bla bla charge you check for 55usd will be there when if ****ing get there ...stupid people they will be losing more that just by losing me as a player...PS don't play there they are shady..

Even though they are in the same group, I believe that Aladdin's Gold will ask you for docs specific for their casino. Besides that, they will probably process your cashout just like it went through at Lucky Red ... flawlessly. Congrats on getting your Lucky Red check!

Is the not usually the answer for when it says withdrawable amount , do they mean that is actually what can be withdrawn and sent to you? jaythenutz?Meaning that even though Platinum Reels' website says that tournament wins are subjected to 200 euros if winning is from a free entry, that is not what the casino is following per what support told you?

Actually both the 2nd w/d from Lucky Red AND the new one from Aladdins Gold were approved today. No documents necessary....so we will see how the checks arrive, if they are one check or one that is combined, being the same company. I am ok with either!

well out of the 100 i only get 55. i guess it cost 45 dollars to mail a piece of paper from what ever island they operate from. As far as support goes i was getting email from 5 different people from support and one who acting on the behalf of support that one informed me of how USD players could be confuse that the rules posted in there web site were intended for EURO players.  So it makes me  wonder am i the first American excuse me USD player to cash out in this manner.

I guess we need to just take this as a warning from you when playing at Platinum Reels ... as you said in your first post, they are shady .
