I used to play a lot at Casino Titan, got lucky a couple times, but no real big wins. I quit playing for a couple months, and decided to go back and try again, went to chat to ask about deposit bonuses they have, and was told that management does not allow me to claim any coupons, so I play elsewhere. Don't think I will go back and play there anymore. Really don't know the reason behind being denied a deposit bonus, but honestly I really don't care. Club world Group takes care of me, when I play at RTG casinos.

When they first opened up, I had a great experience with them also. I was able to cashout from the free sign up chip they offered. I had to send in DOCS but they sent me my winnings before I sent all the DOCS in. I had my utility bill and ID scanned already but still needed to print out the fax back form.
