I have a $550 withdraw since may 8 and on may 21 it was complete and all i hear now is in 24 hours will 24 hours never come's :angry:

I have the same issue.  My withdrawal of $560 has been processing since 05/29 and I contact them every week and seem to get the runaround.  I now have a $545 withdrawal waiting at CrazySlots.  We will see how that one goes.  Both are Rival.

Thanks, I read on another site that some people were having the same issues and were actually speaking to the same customer service people that I had been talking to.  Is there anybody on this forum that can help us?

kcitat, what is your log in at WinBig21? I wil send en email off asking the rep to look into your account. As far as I am concerned, they should be blacklisted if this keeps up.

Hi, my sign in is Kcitat63.  I am pending a withdrawal from CrazySlots as well and I am hoping for the best.  Still no word from WinBig21 and I have been waiting a month now.  I heard they may be having processor problems, but it would be nice for them to tell us the truth instead of getting the runaround thanks again

Im waiting for a 235.00 cashout from winbig 21 since may 30th. I talk to a jax, henry on the phone when it works phones are down  more than r up. You get ur cashout 48 rs.  amonth ago 2 days ago i talked to a Bryan 1st time he actuall soundedshocked yhay i havent received it yet, got my hopes up, sam and paul  repeat the same  thing wait a few days, 48 hrs i woudnt be so pisse off but i deposited 25.00 and didnt get to pkay it so in my mind they are thieves and should be blacklisted or shutdown., debra

Nothing at all, crazyashell. I even sent him other member's usernames and no replies to those emails. I think he is at the point of ignoring me because of their cashout problems. I will get with Belgamo as soon as possible about this casino.

Maybe it is a processor problem, because I haven't seen my cashout from CrazyLuck either.  I have been waiting for that one for over 2 weeks now.Why can't they just send a check?

I hope so, it's been kind of disappointing.  Never had this problem with Microgaming.....maybe it's time to stop until things in USA improve....if ever

I just called and talked to Bryan he remembered me from last week, he said they are having wire transfer problems and would a bank draft be ok to my home address, i said yes he said its the weekend so shud get it by wed. now this guy is either really convincing and a good actor, but Bryan seems to be the one to talk 2.

Here is the rep's reply ...dwatson : We received her wire transfer details and sent to finance for processing. She will receive her withdrawal by wire transfer soon.crazyashell47 : We already sent her. (asking him if this is the new one he is referring to or the original cashout that never made it to your bank)Kcitat63 : Ask her to reverse transaction back to card. When she confirm, we will do. I got an email from support asking me to reverse my pending withdrawal, but if I do this I may never get the money. What do you think? Let me know what they say, thanks.

It sounds like it, kcitat. But let's hear from the rep first and whatever you do, do not reverse your withdrawal in the casino.

Kcitat, the rep informed me that you did request the cashout to be put back on your card. Please let us know once you receive it. That way dwatson and crazyashell have some hope. (if they not received theirs yet)

Yeah I said what the heck it was worth the try.  In my account at WinBig21 it shows that the transfer is completed, but it has not hit my account yet.  I will let you know if and when it does.  Thanks so much for your help.  Now I am just waiting on the transfer from CrazyLuck.  I think they are having the same problems, because this one has been pending since 6/22.

You're welcome,kcitat. :roll: Keep on CrazyLuck the way you did with WinBig and if it is the same issue, then you should see your money from them soon too. As crazyashell said, they do pay.
