WINPALACE and SLOTS JUNGLE

Just to give everyone a heads up, I am bonus banned from both of those places. Reason: Due to a management decision Gee, I just deposited over $200 last week at Slots Jungle and they bonus banned me??????That is ridiculous! No withdrawal from them since Feb 6th in the amount of $742.00. If you try and find out why, they own't give an answer. Very poor management decisions, if you ask me. I really wasn't going to post this, but I am very angry!! Those used to be my favorite places to play! I just want everyone to be aware this can happen to you also.........:cigar::angry::boohoo:

Anyone know who I should talk to? I sent an email to: support@slotsjungle.com per their website! I got it back as undeliverable!

Try calling them and asking what's up with their email address and/or ask for your comps. USA: +1-877-738-7064

Why would their support email not work? I despise making phone calls as 3/4 of the time I can't understand a darn thing they say. Especially on my cell phone which is the only phone I have!

krystalkitty, i have sent an email off to the support address and have not received and un-deliverable reply. I haven't received a reply from support either. Have you tried to email again?

You know with all of the posts I am seeing on here I am thinking of no longer playing at ANY online casinos. A little over a month ago I finally had a WD processed at Slots Jungle but I had to go through the whole emailing back and forth with finance, the international wiring issue everyone else is posting about, and just poor customer service. I had to send them my bank statement to prove that I did not get their deposit yet. REALLY? You want me to send you my account information, personal, private information for something you know you haven't paid out on yet?!?! I haven't played at Win Palace in months because they said my new card I used to deposit with was not real and blocked me, I'm still waiting for Johnny to get back to me on letting me back in (after I sent him images of the card they said was fake). What the heck is going on with these places? Over the past few years I have deposited a lot of money. And when I say a lot, I mean A LOT, of money. I win sometimes - but I can count the total withdrawals I've made on one hand (for both casinos), yet I still go back and deposit, because it's fun, and because you never know... But this is getting ridiculous and I am thinking of seriously pulling the plug on these places. I don't care if I don't win, that's the chance I take when I gamble with my money (which is why it's called gambling). What pisses me off is when I or anyone else FINALLY wins, reaches the playthrough amount (which can take hours or days), requests a deposit, holds off for the 5 or more days so that they don't spend their pending withdrawal, then is told they have to wait longer, weeks, months, etc. for something they won, fair and square! Or for those that are told they are not going to ever see their money! That is ridiculous! In 2011 I won a big random jackpot at Win Palace, almost $15,000. By the time all the smoke cleared I got maybe $3,000. Which is still a lot of money, but because of all of their unforeseen problems with wiring me my winnings, I got tired of waiting and played the hell out of it. Which was worth it - but still...I just don't think it's worth it anymore. I spend too much time and energy trying to get what I've rightfully won, and I know I'm not alone on this. It's time to start putting my play money into a savings account and take that dream vacation or have that nip/tuck done (ha!ha!). Something OTHER than throwing it away like this, hell even going to a land based casino will be safer than what has been happening online lately.Whew!! Okay, I'm done venting for now. As you can probably guess this has been building up for a while.Good luck Krystalkitty on trying to get your comps back! And thanks for letting me vent on your post! :)-Stephanie

Hi there stpowe6854.:roll:Always good to see you on the forum.I know you are not the only one who feels like this, and I must admit myself, reading the comments from members that day in and day out that can't get paid is disappointing. What I do is stay on top of the situation, and reallllllly do my homework. Believe it or not, there are still casinos that are paying players in a timely fashion. Granted, it is less than it used to be in my opinion. When you do run into a problem while cashing out at a casino we are affilaited with, Mben is there to help in any way she can.I appreciate the post, and I know many members agree with you.Again, just really do research before depositing again, if you do, and play at casinos that are paying players correctly. We here at No Deposit Forum will help you in any way we can.                                                                                                                   Pam

I won a jackpost at Slots Jungle over a year ago and immediately after I was banned from all bonuses dut to manager decision.  I guess if you win this is what they do.  I have not played there since.  I now play at Slotastic and Intertops.  Slotastic is real quick on their payouts. They usually pay within 10 days.  I like Cleos Vip Room as the games are really fun playing but haven't been able to cashout there yet.

Hi Pam,That's the one thing I've got going for me with the online casinos, Mben (and any other moderator) helping me when I have a problem! She is awesome!:thumb:You guys are great and are always willing to help and fix the problem, no matter what. But I hate that whenever I am able to cash out I have to eventually get your help, you know? It shouldhn't have to be so difficult. Especially because I do do the research. I read the terms and conditions and know what I can or can't cashout. I stay away from the pits and if I do play at them, I know it's for fun and I won't get paid from them (i.e. the ones who always give out the free chips).I was just venting and wondering what has changed with them.

Thanks for the pat on the back, stpowe! :smile:I think the problem is that we hear the negatives about the casinos way more than we hear the positives, just like in the real world. Your boss will scold you a lot faster for doing something wrong before he will tell you good job! .I'm not saying that our members shouldn't post the negatives because that's the only way we know what the casinos are up to these days. I only wish we had more positive feedback on casinos so that you and I and everyone else who feels as you do has more to go on when deciding where to play at. Like Pam said, there are casinos out there that do pay in a timely fashion and mdexter has found her fast paying casinos (yay mdexter!). We just aren't hearing enough about them and hearing more about the problem casinos. I do feel your pain.
