Winpalace.com Withdrawal -- Installments?

The minimum withdrawal is $/100. All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $/3,000. This is determined according to player class. "
"
I was wondering if anyone had experience with this rule... How much are the installments usually? How often do they send each installment? One a day? One a week? How does this work? :)

This is the right place to post your questions, bigtmonee. :smile:We have a few members who have cashed out big amounts from WP and received installments.I don't know what the usual installments are but I know they are sent out once a week. As far as what player class you fall under is determined by the casino and does give you special privileges like bigger installment amounts. (I think)I wasn't much help, I know. The other members would be able to help you better with your questions.

No, that's a great answer!! How much the installments are wasn't the big deal. I just wanted to make sure I got them in a timely manner. I didn't want to wait like a month between installments haha. Knowing that they are sent out every week is a relief.Still though, I am thinking about playing at bovada.lv for higher stakes. Which forum would I post in for more information about a specific casino (bovada.lv)? :)

That's the US version of Bodog, correct? We don't endorse them but you can ask your questions in the General Discussion forum. That would be a good place.  And Drewcifer, are you a Rodney Dangerfield fan? lol

It means that we are not affiliated with them, that's all. I don't know exactly why Belgamo, our fearless leader, doesn't promote them but he doesn't.

Thanks Mben! And one little update. In my earlier post, I said that you had to email your faxback form to finance@winpalace.com instead of faxback@winpalace.com (because that's what a winpalace representative told me). However, I sent my faxback form to BOTH email addresses, and I got notifications that BOTH of them could not be delivered... Kind of weird eh??A casino representative contacted me by courtesy. I told her the problem, she said to email the faxback form to her and that she would give it to the finance department... She said she did, but I still haven't gotten any confirmation about it being accepted...Fishy stuff...!

Strange, I have sent my forms via Fax and have never had a problem.......Contact Live Chat to make sure they have received them. I never got an email stating they got them. I had to talk to live chat!!! And I have always gotten paid by WP....

You were never notified that you were eligible for withdrawals? I sent my documents 3 days ago and still have heard nothing... Maybe I should fax them like you did.

kk said I never got an email stating they got them .So if I were you, bigtmonee, just for peace of mind, contact their support like kk said and have them check your account. They should be able to tell if your docs are sitting in your account as received.

Right, I'm not expecting an email stating that they received them, but it's been 3 days and they haven't informed me that my documents got accepted or not. I tried talking to someone on their live chat, but they said they don't know because they aren't finance... :(
