i am username dylquesne, i had $2000 to be withdrawn from winpalace. they divided the payments into four $500 payments, i withdrew the first $500 on the 27th of march. on april 8th, i got an email from adrianna vandekamp. it said they were having problems with international transfers. i had just asked connor if they were still having problems with internatonal transfers, because adrianna didn't respond to my email asking if they could mail a check if they are having problems with international transfers. the chat abruptly ended, and whenever i tried to get back into chat - i waited and waited, and it said you currently are not in chat'. they don't seem to want to talk to me or explain what is happening. whether they are having problems with international wires like adrianna said, or - like sam said - whether the money has been sent and requires 10 business days to reach my bank.i am expecting two $500 deposits, i have been expecing them since the 27th. adrianna doesn't answer me when i ask for the check to be sent to me as a way to get around the problems with internatinoal transfers, sam tells me that the money hasn't reached my account because it hasn't been 10 days...though it had been 9. i don't know if it's not coming to me because they are having problems with wire transfers, and now they are not accepting my chat. please help.
