Withdrawal Problem at Roaring21

Do we have a rep at Roaring21? I requested a withdrawal after only using bitcoin to deposit at Roaring21. Now they are saying they need copies of credit cards that were used last year at Cherry Jackpot and Casino Max, when I actually closed both of those accounts, one in January and one last August. The problem is I don't even have any of those cards anymore as I decided late last year I decided to get rid of all of my debt. So now what do I do?

UPDATE: Okay, I may not need help. I found old copies of 2 cards and sent them to the casino. They are saying they will disregard and that I don't have to provide copies as I do not have the cards anymore. Hopefully they will pay me. Will see. Crossing my fingers.
