I won 500 from lucky red casino last week playing craps, but they dropped my table limit from 1k to 100 all of the sudden, so i stop playing there, i was playing at winpalace and they have a 1k table limit on craps, im up to 1600 from 500.00 and i just want to see if these guys will pay out before i play anymore.Luckyred casino payed out pretty fast, i was happy with the payout speed, dissapointed by the deposit limit and how they cut my table limit to keep me from winning big, in mid game!Im waiting for winpalace to pay out my 1600.00, what do you guys think, will they do it? i sent in all the docs now im waiting for approval.I wont play till its done though. we'll see, im new to online casinos, and im skeptical.

Hi there :Congrats on your win.From what I know of Win Palace, you should easily get your money that you are owed, as long as you followed all the terms and conditions. That of course goes without saying as with any casino. I personally have not had a cashout from Win Palace, but many members here have, and have had good luck with them. It is a reputable casino in my opinion.Do keep us up to date on how things are going for you concerning your cashout. Congrats again.....

They are ridiculously slow and have limits of $2000.00. They try and make you wait so long that you reverse your withdrawal.
Yes, they are slower than a lot of other casinos out there but I trust them to pay.I would rather get paid in a couple weeks total (total meaning submitting DOCS, getting them accepted and then wait time for the $$ to get to my bank account) than not at all.Also, I believe they raised their weekly cashout limits to $3000 a week, if I am not mistaken.Congrats kris242!-- Edited by Mben on Monday 14th of February 2011 04:03:32 PM

Have you talked to someone? If not, I suggest Live Chat. I hate the 5-10 withdrawal process, but at least I get my money and they are the one's losing out. I love the casino's that process 24-48 hrs. They normally get back some of my withdrawal. So, in my opinion, WP is losing out cuz no more deposits for me until my money arrives in my savings.......
Hi kris242:I'm sorry to hear Win Palace is taking longer than you hoped. Did you reverse your withdrawl to play again and make your $1600 to $2000? I know each time we may reverse our withdrawl the process of approving our withdrawl transaction starts all over again. As some of the previous posts in this thread have mentioned, they do take a bit longer than other casinos, but most are assured you will get your money. Pam

Hi again Kris242:I'm sorry I misunderstood your post about reversing the withdrawl. I wasnt sure if that is what you had done or not.I can only imagine how frustrated you must be.
